What you'll do
+Design and ship LLM-powered features
+Build retrieval, evaluation and data pipelines
+Instrument and harden models for production
+Advise clients on what AI can and cannot do
What we're looking for
+3+ years software engineering, some in ML / AI
+Hands-on with LLMs, RAG and vector stores
+Pragmatism about reliability and cost
+Strong Python and / or TypeScript
Nice to have
·MLOps or inference-infra experience
·Published work or OSS contributions
