We delivered in two-week increments tied to specific depot pain points, so operators felt value long before the full platform existed.
Decisions
We invested early in an event-driven core so the live view stayed correct under load, rather than bolting real-time on afterwards.
Results
Dispatch disputes all but disappeared and on-time departures climbed, with the platform rolling out to three further depots within the year.
