Overview
Lue Cosmetics was built from a brand concept into a working e-commerce platform. Real auth (argon2id, Google OAuth), real payments (Paystack GHS + Mobile Money), a full admin dashboard, and a type-safe Go + React stack — all deployed on Hetzner behind Caddy.
Approach
We shipped in iterative plans over six weeks: foundation, catalog, auth, cart with guest merge, and checkout with Paystack webhooks. The entire wire contract flows from Go OpenAPI annotations through Orval-generated frontend client — no handwritten API layer.
